The North Side
The North part of the neighborhood is the wealthiest and there are a lot of mansions and fancy homes here.

The East Side
The East side is middle class. The homes are usually two-stories and are nice, but no where near as nice as they are in the North side.

The South Side
The Southern part of the neighborhood is the worst. The houses are small and falling apart quite easily, not to mention filthy.
